This is an oil pastel of the beach at a park here called Frenchman's Bar. There is no bar and I didn't see any French men. Oh well, the day was beautiful and I always like a beach. This pastel was done from one of many photos taken that day.
The log that had washed up on the beach was such a nice tangle of color and texture.
